All products, software systems, consulting, training, subscriptions, mobile communications, email sequences, automations, and other deliverables provided by Premier Lead Scaling.


Mobile Messaging Program:

The SMS and MMS communications program operated by Premier Lead Scaling to deliver reminders, promotional messages, and service-related updates to enrolled clients.


Device:

Any device (desktop, mobile, tablet, etc.) used to access our Services.


Third-Party Service:

Tools or platforms used in conjunction with our Services (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, GoHighLevel, Stripe, Wise, Twilio, etc.).


Custom Values:

Dynamic fields or tokens used in communication workflows, such as , Premier Lead Scaling, , etc.

USE OF SERVICES

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use our platforms, CRM systems, or automations to engage in spam, abusive behavior, illegal activity, or misrepresentation. Premier Lead Scaling reserves the right to revoke access if such actions are detected.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any client data accessed through our platforms.

MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS

By opting into our SMS or MMS programs, you consent to receive promotional and transactional mobile messages from us. These may include appointment reminders, marketing offers, onboarding updates, client service communications, and training notices.

Message Frequency: Up to 20 messages per month.
Cost: We do not charge for these messages, but standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Opt-In: Providing your phone number during onboarding or sign-up constitutes consent.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to stop receiving messages.

We may change messaging numbers or delivery platforms and will provide notice as needed. You understand that failing to update us on a changed phone number may result in messages being sent to an unintended recipient.

“As-Is” Basis: All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

All content, workflows, funnels, landing pages, CRM templates, and associated automations developed by Premier Lead Scaling are the intellectual property of the Company unless explicitly transferred or licensed to the Client.
